We hope that you are happy with your purchase, whether you are buying a gift or just treating yourself. All the products sold on vinsboutique.co.uk are designed and produced at only the best standards. VINS BOUTIQUE would not have it any other way.
Prices
All the prices do not include postage and packaging. This will be added on at the end of your shop. The prices shown are in GBP. The prices of the products reflect the exclusivity of the designs. Majority of these are not available to any other outlet and can only be purchased from vinsboutique.co.uk.
Products
All the products are exclusive to VINS BOUTIQUE so please look after your purchase and hand wash only in cool water using a mild detergent and dry out of direct sunlight. Other washing methods are not recommended as this could ruin the items. If the instructions are not followed we regret that we will not accept any items for returns.
Payments
The payments we currently accept are through Paypal, Cheque or Postal Order made payable to Vins Boutique. An email will be sent to regarding payment and the total which will include products purchased and postage and packaging. Please note that items will be posted once the payment has been cleared.
Postage and Packaging
Goods will be dispatched within 1-3 working days once your payment has been cleared. These will be delivered to you by 1st class, or if the purchase exceeds £30 we will post it 1st class with Recorded Delivery by Royal Mail, which will need to be signed for. Price for P&P will vary depending on the weight and size of your order, so you are only paying the amount you should be. This amount will be invoiced to you along with the purchase invoice.
We would like to contribute towards helping to save the environment so please re-use your packaging or recycle it where possible but do remember to take off your address and any other personal information.
Your right to return
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please let us know before returning your product. Returns will only be accepted if the item has not been worn or used in anyway and is still in its original condition sold to you. Please ensure that you return any items within 7 working days. A full refund* will be given to you, once the product has reached us and we are happy with its condition. It is advised that you keep hold of the returns receipt until it has been confirmed that VINS BOUTIQUE has received your return.
* The full refund amount will be of the item(s) returned and will not include any discounts or postage and packaging paid for at the time of purchase nor will we reimburse you with the cost to return the item(s).
The images and descriptions shown on vinsboutique.co.uk are as accurate as possible. However these colours and designs may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and internet browser. This may not be a valid reason to return your item. If you require a more detailed image of the design please let us know on the contact us page.
